Last year, 8 runners jogged in the rain to rasie vital funds for our work. We're hoping for sunshine this year and a much bigger team. Most of us from the office have signed up already.
It's a fantastic 10 Kilometre run which starts and finishes in St James's Park and takes in some of London's most famous landmarks including Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.

Ludlow Food Festival
11/09/09-13/09/09, Shropshire
Held every year in Ludlow, the small town with the large reputation for good food and drink - the 2008 Festival featured more than 130 top quality small independent food and drink producers from the Marches, the England-Wales border country.
We have been the nominated charity for the last two years - helping us to raise our profile and vital funds. We are the nominated charity again this year.
